How to change your Subscription Plan

Learn how to upgrade or downgrade your Enzuzo subscription plan.

Making changes to your current plan

Need to make a change to your subscription plan? Here's how!

  1. Once you’re logged into the Enzuzo dashboard, click on your company name in the bottom left corner.

  2. Click on My Plan and it will bring you to the billing section of the app.

  3. From there you will be able to see your existing plan details. Toggle between Billed Monthly and Billed Yearly to see the price differences.

  4. To make changes to your existing plan, click Manage Subscription which will bring you to the Stripe subscription page.

From the Stripe subscription page you can:

  • Edit or change your credit card details

  • Update your billing information

  • See or download your invoice history or a copy of your receipt

Upgrading or downgrading your plan

To upgrade or downgrade your Enzuzo subscription plan, simply select the new plan in the billing section of the app and it will automatically change to your new billing tier.

Important Note: We offer both Monthly Billing and Yearly Billing. You will save a % on each plan if you subscribe to an annual plan, so keep that in mind if you’re looking to save some money! Make sure you’ve selected the correct toggle before you choose your new subscription plan.

Upgrading on Shopify

If you use Shopify, all billing is handled by Shopify. To upgrade or change plans, select the desired plan from the Enzuzo Billing Page. You will be redirected to the Shopify billing portal to confirm the charges and complete your purchase.

How do I switch to a Free plan?

If you’re looking to switch back to the Free plan, click Downgrade to Free in the module located below the billing section. Fill out our short cancellation survey and you’ll now be on our forever Free plan with access to limited features.

Important Note: If you downgrade to Free and you’re using paid features such as the DSAR form or multiple domains, you will need to remove them as they will stop functioning.
