Cancelling or downgrading your Enzuzo subscription plan
If you’re on a paid subscription plan and looking to cancel your subscription, click Downgrade to Free in the module located below the billing section.
Your subscription will be cancelled and you will remain on our Free plan. Our Free plan is free forever, meaning you can continue using limited features at no additional cost.
If you’re cancelling forever, we’re sorry to see you go! Please take a moment to fill out our quick survey and let us know why you’re leaving us. If there’s anything we can do to help, please let us know.
Important Note: If you downgrade to Free from a paid plan, and you’re using paid features such as the DSAR form or multiple domains, you will need to remove the paid features from your website as they will stop functioning.
Cancelling your Enzuzo subscription plan on Shopify
If you would like to cancel or unsubscribe from your Enzuzo plan, you can downgrade your account to Free using the instructions above, and then uninstall the app via the Shopify Apps and Sales Channels Page.
