In this article we outline the information required to manage your billing plan.

Shopify Users - Upgrade

If you are a Shopify user, all billing is handled through Shopify. If you would like to upgrade or change plans, all you need to do is select the desired plan from the Enzuzo Billing Page. You will be redirected to the Shopify billing portal to confirm the charges and complete the purchase. Shown Below:

Shopify Users - Cancel/Unsubscribe

If you would like to cancel/unsubscribe your Enzuzo plan then simply downgrade your account to free and then uninstall the app via the Shopify Apps and Sales Channels Page. Shown Below:

Enterprise Users - Upgrade

If you would like to upgrade or change plans, all you need to do is select the desired plan from the Enzuzo Billing Page. You will be redirected to the Stripe billing portal to confirm the charges and complete the purchase. Shown Below:

Enterprise Users - Manage Billing

For any user looking to manage their billing settings, simply click on "Manage Subscription". You will be redirected to the Stripe billing management page, where you can update your address, and card details, and view your billing history. That view looks like the following:

Enterprise Users - Cancel/Unsubscribe

To request the deletion of your account, please go to https://www.enzuzo.com/privacy-policy, click on Make a Data Request, and select the Deletion option.
