Enabling Google reCAPTCHA

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Google reCAPTCHA is available exclusively for Enterprise customers on Enzuzo

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect your privacy policies and DSAR forms from spam, bots, and automated abuse. When enabled, it adds a verification step to ensure that submissions are made by real users.

This enhances security, reduces fraudulent submissions, and improves overall data quality without significantly impacting the user experience.

How to Enable Google reCAPTCHA

To enable reCAPTCHA for a specific policy page or DSAR form:

  1. Log in to your Enzuzo dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the specific Policy page or DSAR Form where you want to enable CAPTCHA.

  3. Click on the Design tab.

  4. Under Advanced, locate the toggle labeled "Enable CAPTCHA".

  5. Turn the switch ON to activate reCAPTCHA.

  6. Save your changes.

Once enabled, reCAPTCHA will be active on that specific page or form.

Note: CAPTCHA must be enabled individually for each policy page or DSAR form where protection is required.
